Chelsea Life has published The Bridal Beauty Edit with Dr Nina Bal in its September 2026 issue, distributed across London. Subtitled "The Facial Sculptor Shares her Formula for Looking Flawless", the feature is Dr Nina's definitive treatment list for brides-to-be who want a glowing complexion and sculpted, natural features, without the downtime.
It opens with the newest device at the South Kensington clinic. Dr Nina tells Chelsea Life:
"We are delighted to be one of the first clinics in the UK to add XERF to our device portfolio. From South Korea to South Kensington, this is the latest in facial sculpting technology."

The Bridal Beauty Edit, treatment by treatment
New generation skin tightening: XERF
XERF is the radiofrequency device Dr Nina chose for skin tightening in the lower face and jawline. Designed for the face, neck, jawline and chin, it targets loss of definition along the jawline, laxity along the lower face and jowls, thinning texture on the neck, submental fullness and loose skin after collagen decline or weight change. Dr Nina describes it as non-surgical, with no downtime, which suits brides with a full diary in the months before the wedding.
Filter-effect skin: the Dr Nina Expert Refine & Enhance Formula
"Designed for both skin clarity and facial architecture, I pair the Sciton BBL HEROic device with the Julaine of Sweden injectables."
Sciton BBL HEROic is broadband light for skin tone and texture, treating pigmentation and redness. JULÄINE of Sweden is a bio-stimulator from the regenerative injectables category that supports the skin's own collagen production. The feature lists BBL HEROic from £690 per session and JULÄINE from £1,400.
An enhanced eye contour: the Dr Nina Expert Brow Lift & Bright Eyes Formula
A two-step, non-surgical brow lift. It starts with EMFACE on the upper face, which uses radiofrequency and electromagnetic muscle stimulation to rebuild the structural support of the muscles that lift the brow. Dr Nina then adds a strategic dose of anti-wrinkle injections. Where darkness around the eyes is a concern, a session of polynucleotides and Jalupro Young Eyes follows.
Calm skin with an instant glow: Dermalux Tri-Wave MD
Dermalux Tri-Wave MD is medical-grade LED phototherapy: red light for rejuvenation and radiance, blue light for blemish-prone skin. It is non-invasive and helps with redness, dullness, fine lines and skin barrier recovery, from £85 per session.
Dr Nina's bridal beauty shopping list
For home care in the run-up to the day, Dr Nina recommends AlumierMD Sheer Hydration Broad Spectrum SPF 30, Dermalogica Smart Eye Density and Murad Retinal Resculpt Overnight Treatment.
When brides should start
Most of these treatments build results over weeks rather than overnight, so timing matters as much as the treatment list. Collagen treatments such as XERF keep improving for around three months, and light treatments such as BBL HEROic work as a short course with time for the skin to settle between sessions. The Journal's collagen calendar sets out when to begin each one before a wedding, and every plan is built at a consultation around the date.
Dr Nina has featured in Life Magazines before, leading its Cosmetic Surgery and Aesthetics Guide 2026, and SheerLuxe recently interviewed her about XERF.
