Treatments by concern

Start with your concern,
not the treatment

Most people don’t want a device — they want a softer jawline back, clearer skin, or to look less tired. Choose the concern that sounds like yours, and we’ll explain what tends to drive it, which treatments genuinely help, and how Dr Nina decides between them.

As seen in

Facial Sculpting is Dr Nina Bal’s non-surgical clinic in South Kensington. We treat concerns the way they actually present — most overlap, and most are best understood before any treatment is chosen. These hubs are written to help you understand your options honestly, not to sell you a procedure.

Skin & ageing

Skin quality, ageing & clarity

Concerns driven by collagen loss, sun exposure and time — where the goal is firmer, clearer, healthier-looking skin.

How we work

Concern first, treatment second

The same concern can have very different causes — so the honest starting point is always assessment, not a machine.

01

Understand the cause

Each concern hub explains what actually drives it — skin, muscle, volume or structure — so you arrive informed rather than guided by marketing.

02

Match the treatment

Dr Nina assesses your anatomy and the degree of change, then recommends the specific treatment or combination that genuinely suits you.

03

Be honest about limits

If a concern needs surgery or simply time, we say so. No treatment is recommended unless we believe it will deliver a meaningful result.

Dr.Nina is the best thing that happened to my skin! She is so professional and knowledgeable. I have struggled with acne all my life and just after two months of personalised skincare routine it is completely gone. I also got Profhilo, botox and a little filler to even out my face shape - I’m so happy with the natural results! She’s incredible!!

Common questions

Choosing by concern

How do I know which treatment is right for my concern?
Start with the concern, not the treatment. Each concern page explains what tends to drive it, which treatments genuinely help and how they differ — but the only reliable way to choose is a clinical assessment. At your consultation Dr Nina examines your anatomy and the degree of change, then recommends the specific treatment or combination that suits you, and is honest when something is unlikely to help.
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes. A consultation is a proper clinical assessment, not a sales appointment. It lets Dr Nina confirm what is driving your concern, check suitability and safety, and give you an honest, specific plan — which may be a single treatment, a combination, or simply advice. Many concerns look similar on the surface but need different approaches, which is why assessment comes first.
Can more than one concern be treated at the same time?
Often, yes — many patients have several related concerns, and a thoughtful combination can address them more effectively than treating each in isolation. However, combination treatment is never recommended simply to add cost. Dr Nina advises only what would genuinely add value for your face and priorities.
Does Facial Sculpting offer surgery?
No — Facial Sculpting is a non-surgical clinic. Treatments range from injectables and skin boosters to energy-based and laser devices. Where a concern genuinely needs a surgical approach, Dr Nina will tell you honestly and can point you toward an appropriate surgical opinion rather than offer a treatment that will not deliver a meaningful result.
