"I had EndoLift with Dr Nina at her clinic. I just wanted to share my experience With anyone who is looking to get endo lift or any other procedure done with Dr Nina. She is absolutely amazing so gentle and so kind she is so experienced in her field and knows whats best for you without trying to oversell you rather only whats needed. I was looking for this treatment for my double chin and picked the best place for it! it was a very comfortable treatment took about 30 mins. It permanently dissolves the fat there and tightens the area. She always checked on me to make sure im feeling ok. Its a week now and i can slowly see a difference im a little swollen and sore but the swelling is not noticeable to anyone. Cant wait for full results. Thank you Dr Nina."

The treatment
What is Endolift®?
Endolift® is a minimally invasive, non-surgical laser procedure used to treat signs of ageing in the lower face and neck. A very fine optical laser fibre is introduced just beneath the skin and delivers gentle, controlled heat that tightens and retracts the connective septae (the supportive tissue under the skin) and stimulates the production of new collagen. The same energy can also help reduce small, stubborn pockets of fat.
The result is a firmer, more defined lower face and jawline that develops naturally over the following months as collagen rebuilds. Because there are no scalpel incisions or general anaesthetic, Endolift® offers an alternative for patients with early-to-moderate laxity who are not ready for — or do not need — surgery.
Endolift® is one of several energy-based options for the lower face and neck — see our advanced laser & radiofrequency treatments for how it compares, and the honest limitations below for where surgery may be the better route.

The Facial Sculpting approach · Dr Nina BalBefore treatment
What happens at your consultation
A consultation is required before Endolift®. During your initial consultation with Dr Nina and her team you will have a clinical assessment and your eligibility for treatment reviewed. You will be talked through the procedure in detail — what to expect during and after — and given the opportunity to ask questions.
The consultation covers your medical history, a facial-anatomy assessment, your suitability and any contraindications, realistic expected outcomes, alternatives if Endolift® is not ideal, consent, aftercare, and confirmation of your individual plan and price.
Results & recovery
What to expect afterwards
Endolift® involves minimal downtime, and most patients return to normal activities within about a day. Temporary swelling, bruising, redness or tenderness may occur at the treated area and usually settle quickly. Your team provides aftercare guidance tailored to your treatment.
Longevity: results are long-lasting but not permanent. By stimulating your own collagen, the effect can last for years with good skincare and occasional maintenance. Duration varies with anatomy, lifestyle and skin quality.
Typical results timeline
Some early changes as connective tissue retracts; any swelling or bruising begins to settle.
New collagen formation gets underway; skin gradually feels firmer.
Visible firming and improved definition of the lower face and jawline.
Optimal results for most patients as collagen remodelling matures.
Results can last for years; maintenance may be recommended over time.
Safety
Possible risks & side effects
As with any medical aesthetic procedure, Endolift® carries some risks. Possible side effects may include temporary swelling, bruising, redness, tenderness or numbness at the treated area, and these usually resolve within days. Less common risks are discussed individually at consultation.
Careful patient selection, an accurate treatment plan and an experienced practitioner are important for reducing avoidable risks. If anything is unexpected after treatment, you can contact the clinic for advice.
Honest limitations
What Endolift® cannot do
- It cannot remove significant excess skin or replace a surgical facelift.
- It cannot correct advanced sagging or marked jowling on its own.
- It is not used on the lower eyelid — referred to an oculoplastic surgeon.
- It does not deliver instant, dramatic change — results build gradually.

What our patients say about Facial Sculpting Clinic
Real reviews from patients who chose Dr Nina Bal and the Facial Sculpting team.
I am so thrilled with the results from my recent procedures with Dr. Nina. Initially I was prescribed a bespoke skin care plan using medical grade products from which I began to see immediate results. On Dr Nina’s advice I then returned for Botox, Profhilo and Endolift. She has such a wonderful Calm, friendly and reassuring nature that makes you feel completely at ease. The procedures were painless which is a definite credit to her skill and expertise. The results have been amazing..... I love the even texture and glow my (Menopausal) skin now has. My saggy jawline has disappeared leaving a firmer, leaner profile. Just wonderful... I can’t recommend Dr Nina and her Team highly enough.
Dr Nina and all of her staff are brilliant. Very professional, polite and fantastic results too. Would highly recommend her services for non-surgical procedures. Dr Nina listened to all of my concerns and took great care in helping me achieve better facial symmetry and a better side profile.
Dr Nina is such a wonderful friend and a Dr! She recommended medical grade skincare to fix my regular breakouts and since being on them for three weeks I have not had a single spot. And that this past year is a miracle. So thank you!! Highly recommend her, she has great listening ears and cares x
Dr. Nina and the team are experts and kind and friendly. Highly recommend.
Dr Nina gave me such expert skincare advice and advised me on a new routine which was so easy to follow as everything is written out and explained step by step. I’m really looking forward to implementing this and seeing the results in a few months time. Thank you Nina
Your questions
Endolift® FAQs
Who is a good candidate for Endolift®?
Endolift® may suit adults with early to moderate skin laxity and/or stubborn fat in the lower face, jawline or under the chin who want non-surgical skin tightening and definition without surgery. The Facial Sculpting team assesses your suitability during consultation.
Who is Endolift® not suitable for?
Endolift® is not used on the lower eyelid — Dr Nina Bal refers that area to an oculoplastic surgeon with specialist training. It is generally not appropriate for significant skin excess or marked sagging that needs surgical assessment, and may not be suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with active infection in the area, certain medical conditions, or where expectations are not realistic. Suitability is always confirmed at consultation.
Is Endolift® safe?
Endolift® is a minimally invasive laser procedure performed under local anaesthetic by a trained practitioner. As with any medical aesthetic treatment, careful patient selection, accurate planning and practitioner experience are central to safety. Possible side effects (temporary swelling, bruising, redness, tenderness or numbness) are discussed in full at consultation, and Dr Nina will only proceed when she believes the treatment is appropriate for you.
What areas can be treated with Endolift®?
Common areas are the mid to lower face, the mandibular border (jawline) and under the chin. The neck can be added in a combined face + neck plan. Dr Nina Bal does not treat the lower eyelid with Endolift®. Your treatment plan is tailored to your anatomy and goals.
Is Endolift® suitable for jowls?
Endolift® can be a good option for early jowls and softening jawline definition. For mild to moderate jowling without significant skin excess, it can tighten the connective tissue and refine the lower-face line. Where jowling is more advanced or paired with significant excess skin, Dr Nina will say so honestly and discuss alternatives, including surgical referral.
Is Endolift® suitable for under-chin fat?
Endolift® can help reduce small, stubborn pockets of submental (under-chin) fat while also tightening overlying skin in the same area. It is best suited to discrete fullness rather than a heavy double chin — your anatomy is assessed at consultation to confirm whether Endolift® or a combination treatment is most appropriate.
Is Endolift® suitable for loose neck skin?
For early to moderate neck laxity, the face + neck Endolift® plan can improve firmness and definition of the upper neck and jawline as collagen rebuilds. For pronounced neck banding or significant skin excess, a surgical opinion may be more appropriate. Dr Nina will tell you honestly what Endolift® can and cannot achieve for your concern.
Why doesn’t Dr Nina treat the lower eyelid with Endolift®?
The lower eyelid is anatomically delicate and is best managed by an oculoplastic surgeon with specialist training in this area. Dr Nina refers cases that need lower-eyelid assessment rather than performing Endolift® there — this is a deliberate safety position, not a limitation of the device.
How does Endolift® work?
A very fine optical laser fibre is introduced under the skin to deliver gentle, controlled heat. This tightens and retracts the connective septae (the supportive tissue under the skin) and stimulates new collagen, while also helping to reduce small, stubborn fat pockets — together this firms and redefines the lower face over time.
Can Endolift® replace a surgical facelift?
No. Endolift® is minimally invasive and works best for early to moderate laxity; it cannot remove significant excess skin or correct advanced sagging. A surgical facelift may be the better option where there is meaningful skin excess or advanced descent. The right choice for you is discussed honestly at consultation.
How does Endolift® compare with HIFU?
HIFU (high-intensity focused ultrasound) is non-invasive — energy is delivered through the skin — and is best for mild laxity with no downtime. Endolift® is minimally invasive: a fine fibre is placed under the skin to deliver more focused heat and direct collagen stimulation, often giving a stronger lifting and contouring effect for early-to-moderate laxity. Dr Nina advises which is most suitable for your anatomy.
How does Endolift® compare with EMFACE®?
EMFACE® is needle-free and works the muscle and skin layer simultaneously using radiofrequency and electromagnetic stimulation — best for tone and a subtle lift. Endolift® is a sub-dermal laser focused on tightening connective tissue and stimulating collagen in the lower face, jawline and under-chin. They can be complementary: EMFACE® for tone and lift, Endolift® for deeper tightening and definition.
Can Endolift® be combined with other treatments?
Yes. Endolift® is often planned alongside other treatments — for example skin boosters such as Profhilo® or polynucleotides, energy devices like EMFACE® or InMode Contoura, or injectable contouring — as part of a wider plan. Dr Nina will advise on what is appropriate and safe to combine, and the right order.
Is there much downtime after Endolift®?
Endolift® involves minimal downtime; most patients return to normal activities within about a day. Temporary swelling, bruising or redness may occur and typically settles quickly. You receive aftercare guidance tailored to your treatment.
Is Endolift® painful?
Endolift® is performed under local anaesthetic so the area is numbed during treatment. Most patients tolerate it well; any tenderness afterwards is usually mild and short-lived. Your practitioner will explain exactly what to expect.
When will I see results?
Some early changes can be seen in the first days, with results continuing to develop as collagen rebuilds in the deeper layers of the skin. Most patients see optimal results around six months after treatment. Individual results vary.
How long does Endolift® last?
Results are long-lasting. Endolift® is not permanent, but by stimulating collagen and tightening the skin the effects can last for years with good skincare and maintenance. Maintenance treatments may be recommended over time depending on anatomy, lifestyle and skin quality.
How much does Endolift® cost in London?
Endolift® at Facial Sculpting starts from £3,900 for the face plan and from £4,900 for the face & neck plan; an Endolift® consultation is £200. The exact price depends on the areas treated and your individual plan, which is confirmed at consultation.
Is a consultation required before Endolift®?
Yes. A consultation is required to assess your skin, facial anatomy, medical history and goals, confirm whether Endolift® is suitable (or whether another option is safer or more effective), and confirm your exact plan and price.
